Our Warranty
One Year Labor Warranty
We at Your IT Group have a simple warranty. If your computer breaks within one year of our repair because we put it together wrong, we’ll fix it free of charge! We will either fix it at your office or pick it up and return it to you. In either case, our labor will be free. It is just that simple. If you have any questions, please call us at 321-626-6799.
What do we not cover?
Our labor warranty does not apply if it breaks due to misuse such as trying to fix the computer with a foot or a hammer (which has happened). Also, our warranty does not cover acts of God such as hurricanes, lightning, fire, flood, etc.
And finally, our warranty does not apply to parts that were purchased from other parties or parts that someone else installed. In fact, having someone else other than Solis IT Group work on your machine may void our warranty.
Parts Warranty
Since we do not make the parts, we can not warranty them. However, we will register the product with the manufacturer and pass on the full manufacturer’s warranty to you. The vast majority of our parts have warranties that exceed one year and some even having a life time warranty. If a manufacturer warranty is less than one year, we will contact you and inform you of that fact before we install it in your computer.
If the replaced part breaks within 1 year of our repair and is still under manufacturer’s warranty, we will provide the labor at no charge and the manufacturer will replace or repair the product. Your only cost will be shipping charges we might incur.
If the part breaks after the first year and is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will take care of returning the part back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Your only cost will be any labor involved and any shipping charges we might incur.
Software Warranty
Software is not covered under this or any other warranty provided by Solis IT Group. This means Windows, Word, AOL etc. If you are having software problems we will be more than happy to help you fix them. However, there is so much software out there and some pieces of software just don’t play well together. There is just no way we (or anyone) can promise all your software will always play well with others.
