Normal Business Hours - Monday through Friday
8 AM to 6 PM $45.00 per hour
After Business Hours - Monday through Friday
6pm to Midnight $67.00 per hour (time and half)
Midnight to 8 AM $90.00 per hour (double time)
Weekends
8am to Midnight $67.00 per hour (time and half)
Midnight to 8 AM $90.00 per hour (double time)
So, how much is this exceptional service going to cost?
We have a very simple basic rate $45 an hour billed in 15 minute increments for normal business hour. Most problems can be fixed within 1 hour. The maximum labor cost on any one computer (even it requires total reconstruction) is $100 during normal business hours. If you have any questions, please call us at 321-626-6799.
Emergency, Weekend, Holiday, and After Hours (6 pm).
These service calls may be subject to "time & a half" or "double-time" rates. You will be informed IN ADVANCE to which rate you are subject.
Normally, work done on the weekends or after 6 PM and before midnight is charged at time and a half. Work done between Midnight and 8 AM is charged at double time.
Our Pricing Policy
We're straight with you and tell you in advance what it's going to cost to find out what is wrong with your computer. If your computer 
is not worth fixing, we will tell you that before we work on it.
Flat Hourly Rate
Everyone has heard of the "Nerd Herd", but why pay exorbitant rates from a menu of "a la cart" services? We don't charge for each individual thing we do, we charge a flat hourly rate and efficiently take care of what needs attention. Working on your computer is NOT a series of finite events; we can typically finish hundreds of dollars of their services in our first hour onsite - and you only pay for the hour. Besides, we're not spending the time trying to sell you a new computer or television. We charge a competitive rate that is typically less than HALF than what the "geeks" charge for similar services.
Sample Repair Cost
Virus and Spyware Removal - $90 - Onsite - Is your computer being flooded with ad and popup? Let us remove the offending software and restore your health of your computer.
Computer Tune Up - $50 - Onsite - Does it take a long time to start your machine? Is is slow and sluggish? We can tune up your machine and get it back to peak performance.
Peripheral Setup - $45 - Onsite or on-line - Do you need help installing a new printer, digital camera, scanner, or external disk drive? Give us a call and we will be glad to install the item and relieve you of all the frustration.
Data Backup - $25 to setup Mozy on-line backup service or $75 to backup to external hard drive. If you can not loose your pictures and documents, you must backup your data. We can setup you up to use Mozy's online backup service (2.0 GB free) or their unlimited storage ($4.95 per month). We can also show you how to backup to your own backup device. We recommend either a USB Flash Drive or a USB External pocket hard drive.
